- Ask about porting your number when adding Business Voice and complete the required TPV process.
- This is not a cellular service and is designed for use with an office phone system at the service location.
- If you need your calls forwarded to a mobile phone number you can set up call forwarding. To enable call forwarding, follow this guide.
- DECT phones, or phones typically used with traditional landline service, are compatible.
- IP Phones such as Yeahlinks, Polycom, Cisco IP, etc.. are not compatible.

- No, we do not offer multiple phone lines. Only one phone line is provided but calls can be forwarded to other devices.
