A Customer Support Center (CSC) representative will provide an incident ticket number used to track the incident. The customer provided contact information will be used for the initial notification via email when the ticket is created.
Escalations occur at the discretion of the on-duty CSC Supervisor. Customers, Regional Leads and Sales can always contact the CSC at any time to escalate. Internal and external clients may request severity or impact escalations at any point they deem necessary through a CSC Supervisor.
